Collections Registry Officer –New Zealand Wide

This role can be based anywhere across New Zealand. You will work permanently from home.

Te Haeata/The Opportunity

As a Collections Registry Officer, you will be helping customers to resolve their fines and other civil matters through professional and efficient communication. You will help them with their questions and assist them to get what they need, when they need it. We care about delivering people centred services to our customers and help to provide access to justice for all.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, quality decision making, be solutions focussed and have personal confidence and resilience. Key to your success in this role will be a positive outlook on life and curiosity that will keep you engaged in the mahi.

How to get your foot in the door?

• Start date is Monday 2^nd November – You must be available to start on this date.
• Working hours are across 8.00am – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday

Utu ā-tau/Salary

Starting salary is between $64,451 - $69,414 dependent on skills and experience.
