Manager Organisation Design – People Experience (PX) – Wellington Central

Permanent, Fulltime, position available!

Lead the Ministry's organisational design function and help shape the future of our organisation. This is an opportunity to provide enterprise-wide organisational design expertise, influencing how we structure, grow and adapt to meet future challenges. Partner with senior leaders across the Ministry, lead complex change initiatives, and champion people-centred change while developing a high-performing team of organisational design specialists.

• Lead enterprise-wide organisational design and change initiatives
• Provide expert advice on organisational and operating model design
• Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic workforce outcomes
• Lead permanent and surge resources through change programmes
• Drive organisational design strategy, frameworks and roadmaps

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The remuneration band for this role is $149,972 to $206,570 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
