Senior Court Registry Officer - Civil & Family Jurisdiction Auckland District Court

Fixed-term Opportunity until October 2027

This newly established senior role provides Court Registry Officers with the opportunity to step up into a more complex and specialised position, recognising experience, professional judgement and readiness to operate at a higher level. 

Te Haeata/The Opportunity

As a Senior Court Registry Officer (Senior CROs), you will play a critical role in the successful operation of Justice Services Civil and Family Court. Working as part of a Registry team, you will contribute to the delivery of quality customer service, efficient and timely case progression, and effective judicial case support. 

As a Senior CRO, you will apply your advanced expertise, knowledge and experience to resolve complex and technical matters and support the consistent application of court processes and statutory functions. You will also contribute to peer learning and capability development through mentoring, buddying and sharing their knowledge and experience.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The remuneration band for this role is $67,066 to $90,008 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
