The role works closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that data, reporting, and analytics capabilities align with business outcomes and operational needs.
The role supports stakeholder engagement and change activities that may result in improvements to business services, reporting processes, information management practices, data governance, and service delivery mechanisms. This may also include supporting the introduction of new digital solutions, automation opportunities, and analytics capabilities that enhance organisational performance and decision-making.
As part of the Data Enablement team, the Business Analyst plays an important role in ensuring Te Au Reka delivers enduring value through trusted data, meaningful insights, and sustainable information capabilities.
You will enjoy working in transformational programmes of work, be experienced in managing ambiguity and value diversity of thought while respecting culture and traditions. You will contribute to creating an inclusive work environment where differences are acknowledged and respected, contributing to a strong team that delivers in a positive environment. If you thrive on delivering business outcomes and ensuring customer-centric service design is applied to everything you do, we want to hear from you!
