As a Collections Registry Officer, you will be helping customers to resolve their fines and other civil matters through professional and efficient communication. You will help them with their questions and assist them to get what they need, when they need it. We care about delivering people centred services to our customers and help to provide access to justice for all.

How to get your foot in the door?

• Must have the ability / set up to work from home to work in a hybrid environment.
• Start date is Monday 6 July 2026 – You must be available to start on this date.
• Working hours are 40 hours per week and will be set according to a roster and may be between Monday to Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The remuneration band for this role is $60,729 to $80,794 - while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
