We are looking for an advisor to join the community services team in the Ministry of Justice National Office.
You will be a relationship manager responsible for management of a portfolio of contracted third party providers. This involves contract performance and practice standard monitoring, management and reconciliation of monthly invoices, and provider support. You'll be expected to have regular communication and relationship management interactions with your providers, including scheduled site visits as required.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates that have:
- experience working at an advisor level or equivalent
- relevant qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience
- knowledge of public sector processes, including social sector funding
- demonstrated experience of relationship management and working with community stakeholders
- well-developed written and oral communication skills
- procurement and contracting knowledge and experience
- the ability to work well in a team with motivation to learn from others.
A full, clean drivers licence is a requirement for this position as the successful candidate will be required to travel to fulfil contract management duties.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $74,634 and $95,591 based on skills and experience.
