Senior Advisor, Provider and Community Services - 12-month Secondment or Fixed-Term opportunity.

The Senior Advisor, Community Services is part of a team that leads the management and administration of contracts with community-based organisations that deliver justice-related services.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small, dynamic team. In our team, you will be responsible for supporting a range of critical functions that contribute to the success of PCS.

Your primary responsibilities may include:

• Stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
• Conducting service assessments to help ensure services are fit for purpose and meet required standards.
• Implementing procurement strategies for services, ensuring approaches that meet business needs.
• Assisting with processes and documentation to support service delivery.
• Supporting the delivery of reporting functions within PCS and contribute to broader strategic work.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in procurement or contract management, ideally working towards a relevant qualification in procurement or contract management.
• Manage your time well. Our work is busy and fast-paced, you will have the ability to manage your time well, ensuring that competing priorities are progressing while working collaboratively and setting realistic expectations with various stakeholders.
• Be flexible and resilient, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent plain English writing skills, ensuring that all communication is clear, concise, and accessible.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The appointing salary for this role will be between $99,208 and $127,683 based on skills and experience.
