Support Officer - Permanent Full-Time Position
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
As a Support Officer, you will work with your team to ensure all internal and external stake holders at Tribunals have all the information they need in a timely and effortless manner.
You will be a people person with a clear and confident communication style and excellent customer centric focus.
You are a natural organiser with solid administrative experience. We are looking for someone with problem solving skills and a can-do attitude, including for the role's significant quantity of administrative work. You will be adaptable, patient and calm in your approach.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- General office and administrative duties including operating office equipment
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 2000 and Access
- Operation of accounts and purchasing
- Facilities management
- Frontline service provision
- Making and managing travel arrangements

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role is likely to be between $55,343 and $70,144 based on skills and experience - The remuneration band for this role is $55,343 to $74,416 per annum.
