Te Haeata/The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to step into the role of Senior Leadership Coach. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who will work with the Director and Leadership Team as a trusted change leader who will support the building of organisational capability, desired culture and performance and contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the PDS. This role will collaborate in the design, development and delivery of organisational development programmes and initiatives in the area of leadership development.
We are flexible in terms of place of work.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 7 years' experience in training, coaching and developing leadership capability.
- Expertise in designing, delivery and evaluating customised learning content and materials with clear objectives and outcomes.
- Excellent relationship, facilitation and communication skills.
- Outstanding and recent knowledge in the field of resilience and in developing and delivering resilience training.
- Proven experience in driving organisational change and strategic direction.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $111,766 and $154,680 based on skills and experience.
