Job Description
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled, senior level, experienced Project Manager to join our supportive and collaborative team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will initially be managing an in-flight large software replacement project currently in the RFP stage. You will be expected to continue this process and deliver this critical multi-year project.
You will be able to the hit the ground running and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and within budget.
Reporting to the Programme Manager Digital Justice Services, in this role, you will:
- lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- manage project budgets, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary
- represent the project for all governance and steering committee activities
- provide timely and accurate project reports to stakeholders
- build strong, collaborative relationships to become a trusted leader.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting detailed business cases, and using tools such as ADO, FMIS, Microsoft Project online and Microsoft Teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- a tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- proven project management experience in large and complex organisations
- experience leading project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, particularly in an Agile context
- collaborative experience working with Service Team Managers to drive business and digital change, improving business outcomes
- experience leading suppliers to deliver effective, efficient, and high-quality solutions
- a strong ability to build and maintain effective business relationships, internally and externally.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $117,904 and $163,344 based on skills and experience.
