Are you an experienced administrator looking to contribute to a high-performing team at the heart of the Ministry? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administration Support to join the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE).
In this role, you'll provide timely, high-quality administrative and business services support to the Chief Executive's Office, including the Director and SLT Secretariat team. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team that values excellence, integrity, and service.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Proven experience in a dynamic administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $59,729 and $80,794 based on skills and experience.
