We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our small but high-performing recruitment team here at National Office in Wellington.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring managers across the business to:
- provide up-front strategic sourcing advice across a wide variety of roles e.g. customer-facing, high-volume, specialist, and leadership roles.
- partner with and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- help ensure a positive experience for all candidates and, in turn, help to improve our overall employer brand.
- support delivery of ongoing improvements to our recruitment processes.
- support the delivery of our strategic priorities through our approach to recruitment.
The volumes can fluctuate throughout the year which means you will develop your time management and organisational skills during busy times, while developing your project and continuous improvement skills during quieter times.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, adaptable, willing to learn and who preferably has experience working within an internal recruitment team. You will also demonstrate experience partnering across different internal teams to achieve a common goal. Most importantly, you will be a collaborative team player with great communication skills.
You will build effective relationships and partner with hiring managers to build capability and recruit effectively as well as strengthen our overall employer brand.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Internal recruitment experience
- A great understanding of NZ recruitment market
- Good working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems e.g. Springboard or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $73,634 and $100,846 based on skills and experience.
