You'll be at the centre of delivering high-impact HR initiatives that shape the experience of our employees.
This is a unique opportunity to drive projects that strengthen our people systems, enhance capability, and support performance across the Ministry.
You'll work closely with a passionate and expert team, including the Programme Manager and Director PX Performance, Remuneration & Programmes, to deliver project structure, insight, and momentum to a diverse portfolio of work.
From planning and risk management to stakeholder engagement and change leadership, your contribution and influence will be valued by the project teams you support, and by the people the project outcomes benefit.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of PX projects.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to leadership teams.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Contributing to change management planning and post-implementation reviews.
- Building project management capability across the PX team.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The salary band for this role is $111,766 - $154,680 with the appointing salary for this role likely to be between $111,766 and $144,388 based on skills and experience.
