Job Description
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
As the Integrated Safety Response Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Ministry of Justice operations for Integrated Safety Response. You will liaise with multiple government agencies and NGOs to enable relevant Family Violence case information is clearly communicated both internally and externally.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data entry – recording information in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative support – being responsive to queries and tasks.
- Develop and maintain administrative activities - in keeping with Ministry of Justice's responsibilities to Integrated Safety Response.

You will need to be confident, able to multitask, flexible and easily adapt to change. You will also enjoy a challenge and be motivated to learn. To be successful, you will need to be:
- Detail-orientated and observant – the court has many different processes, and case information needs to be accurate and relevant.
- Resilient – As a ISR administrator, you will be working with sensitive cases that may include detailed accounts of violence.
- Self-aware– you will be confident working individually and with the wider team. You will be self-motivated and have high levels of initiative.
- Willing to learn – legislation and court processes are always changing, and you can adapt and maintain knowledge capital. You should have proficient level of computer literacy.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $55,343 to $74,416 – the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
