- driving continuous improvement in both digital and physical records management
- creating practical guidance and operational advice for managing Ministry information
- facilitating the use of services provided by our off-site storage vendor, including disposal, transfer and retrieval of information
- building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote good information practices
- providing operational IM advice and support for courts, ensuring their unique needs are met effectively.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in a supportive, forward-thinking and fun team that values collaboration, learning and making a difference.

- the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- a strong commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- tertiary degree in a relevant field would be highly desirable
