Te Au Reka - Improving access to justice for all New Zealanders
Te Au Reka represents the opportunity of a lifetime, making a profound difference to those who work in and interact with our courts and tribunals. We are seeking to modernise the administration of justice by replacing highly manual, time-consuming, paper-based process with a new digital case management solution transforming the way people access and experience justice in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Te Au Reka is a large, complex and unique programme spanning the courts and tribunals of New Zealand. In delivering Te Au Reka, we are seeking to build the Ministry's capability to deliver complex programmes of change. Working on Te Au Reka will give you the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience, while developing new ways of working. We are building a team who are highly collaborative, curious and adaptable. Te Au Reka is a game-changer and we care deeply about making it a success.
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
We have three exciting Learning Design Lead opportunities, each responsible for leading a small team of learning designers, focused on specific areas within the Te Au Reka programme.
As a Learning Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative, learner-centred pathways and solutions. These solutions will be tailored to diverse learner groups, including the Judiciary, Ministry staff, legal professionals, third-party providers and participants. You and your team will develop learning which equips our learner groups with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the change and engage with our new digital solution.
You will provide leadership and mentoring for your team, ensuring that all learning solutions meet programme priorities, are impactful, measurable, sustainable, and aligned with adult learning principles. You will also work collaboratively with project team members, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning outcomes and continuous improvement of learning materials.
This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment. You must be organised, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to contribute immediately to the success of this large-scale transformation. If you bring strong experience in learning design and development, with a demonstrated ability to manage design projects, influence stakeholders and drive impactful results, this is the role for you.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
