Te Haeata/The Opportunity
The Caseflow Manager leads and manages the effective operation of their High Court Team and is responsible for the provision of efficient and effective support for the disposal of High Court work within their jurisdiction. The Caseflow Manager reports to the Court Manager and engages with Managers across all Courts, as well as with other parts of Operations and Service Delivery (OSD), to ensure services deliver the required outcomes and support the Ministry's strategy.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a leadership role. A person who is flexible, resourceful, and resilient with strong interpersonal, analytical and technical skills.
Based at the High Court Wellington, the Caseflow Manager is responsible for the management of High Court work across the Wellington circuit.

To be successful in this role you will:
- demonstrate experience in leading and motivating employees
- be an expert at embedding and leading a high-performance culture
- effective and robust stakeholder management
- able to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- operational management experience in a customer service environment
- experience in or knowledge of Civil Court procedures and legislation.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $98,208 and $135,539 based on skills and experience.
