Te Haeata/The Opportunity
As a Collections Registry Officer, you will be helping customers to resolve their fines and other civil matters through professional and efficient communication by fielding queries and assist them to get what they need, when they need it. We care about delivering people centred services to our customers and help to provide access to justice for all.
With a wide range of jobs, you also get the chance to gain a variety of skills and experience while developing your career.
This role can be based anywhere across New Zealand. If you live in Auckland or Wellington you will work in our Contact Centres in Ellerslie, or Central Wellington, with Hybrid (2/3 home and office) working from home options available. If you are based outside of these centres, you will work permanently from home, the hours of operation will be between 8.00am – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday and the start date is Tuesday 3rd June – You must be available to start on this date.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $59,729 to $80,794 and the appointing salary will be between $59,729 - $68,414.
