Te Haeata/The Opportunity
As a Court Registry Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our district courts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- supporting the seamless delivery of court hearings, including Court Taking—announcing the Judge's entry in both English and Te Reo Māori, calling cases, and general courtroom administration
- ensuring cases progress smoothly through proactive case management
- delivering exceptional customer service "kanohi ki te kanohi" (face-to-face), over the phone, via email, and at the public counter

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $58,729 to $80,794 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
