Drawing on your administrative expertise and natural ability to multitask, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations - delivering high-quality customer service and providing practical support both in and out of the Court.
This position spans both the Court of Appeal and the Wellington High Court, offering a diverse range of responsibilities. You'll liaise with key stakeholders, provide judicial and registry support, manage general administrative tasks, and assist with various court processes.
As an excellent communicator with strong English and computer skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and interact confidently with a wide range of people. You're adaptable, proactive, and resilient - always ready to pitch in and ensure the courts run smoothly and efficiently.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- experience in administration
- strong problem-solving skills, including support and troubleshooting
- knowledge of procurement and budget management
- excellent time management and attention to detail
- confidence in using various software and technology
- good communication skills
- proficiency in online ordering

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $54,343 to $74,416. The appointing salary will be between $54,343 and $63,443, allowing room for progression with development in the role.
