Job Description
Te whiwhinga mahi/The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the General Manager and People Experience leadership team.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be, but not limited to:
- Diary management, including scheduling internal and external meetings
- Inbox triaging
- Internal key advisor on internal policies and processes
- Coordination of documentation for meetings
- Travel and accommodation management
- Managing correspondence, including that of a highly confidential nature
- Supporting the wider Executive Support team with general administration
- Coordination of monthly reporting
- Provide secretariat support to internal committees
- Contribute to wider process improvements
He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Confidence in working with all levels of management
- Experience working in either an Executive Assistant role or extensive Personal Assistant experience

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $56,729 - $78,441 - the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
