This is an exciting time for the Ministry as we strive to reduce the time it takes to deliver our services to people.
We have a permanent vacancy for a fulltime Team Leader position in the Auckland High Court. This operational and management role is all about driving performance through the development of our staff to deliver timely justice services to all customers of the court within specific jurisdictions. This vacancy will be responsible for managing up to 12 direct reports.
This is an exciting opportunity for proven people leaders and established line managers looking for a challenge.

To be successful in the role…
You will be able to offer the following:
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing and coaching staff for high performance
• A focus on customers
• A knowledge of or strong interest in the Justice sector
• A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience.
This vacancy offers a large scope for your own development and growth.It is expected the successful candidate will undertake and successfully complete the Ministry of Justice Leadership Framework (and associated workshops).

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration for this role is $66,518 - $93,908 based on skills and experience
