Team Administrator, Implementation

At Tāhū o te Ture - the Ministry of Justice - we work together for a fair and safe Aotearoa.
We're seeking a Team Administrator to join our Implementation team in the Commissioning and Service Improvement Unit (CSI). In CSI, we work to support the delivery of positive change in the justice system for a safe and fair Aotearoa.
The Implementation team works closely with the Ministry's Policy Group and service delivery areas (like our Courts and Tribunals) to implement policy and law changes agreed by Parliament. We work on a range of different issues that impact how NZ justice services operate day to day, and how people experience the justice system. The mahi we do has a big impact on people, often at the most vulnerable time of their lives.
The Team Administrator role contributes to the work of the team by making sure that our systems, processes, and administrative needs are well supported. The role supports the Manager of the Implementation team and the wider Implementation Leadership Team.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to problem-solve and a can-do attitude, and
- Strong administrative or organisational skills.
Previous administrative experience and knowledge of public sector processes and systems would be an advantage.
Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $48,343 to $68,249 – the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
