We are looking for a person who will provide professional, confidential and reliable assistance to a High Court Judge.

He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience
- Experience providing executive support
- Advanced level of proficiency in office procedures, business processes and database management
- Advanced IT capability in a wide range of applications
- Efficient and accurate document and content creation
- Transcription as required with a very high degree of accuracy and typing from dictation
- Understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and an interest in Te Ao Māori
Attention to detail and personal organisation is essential. Previous Associate or Personal/Executive Assistant experience is desirable. You may also need to be available for travel, sometimes at short notice and for extended periods.

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $54,689 and $71,417 based on skills and experience.
