Case Manager, Auckland Tribunals Unit
If you have an interest in justice, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and you have strong planning and organisational skills, then this busy role supporting primarily the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, Legal Complaints Review Officer and Immigration and Protection Tribunal might be the one for you.
You will need to have a sound understanding of legal principles, good interpersonal skills and a desire to always do a really great job. We are looking for someone who is professional, flexible, calm, and has a clear, confident communication style. You will have the proven ability to produce work of high quality and accuracy.
As a Case Manager you will be required to communicate with parties in a professional and impartial manner. You will also work closely with a range of judicial officers to ensure that the work of the tribunal proceeds efficiently and effectively. You will work with a diverse range of people and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to adapt to the needs of others as the work demands. You must have the ability to learn quickly and retain that knowledge, the ability to effectively prioritise work and the maturity to manage the expectations of others.
As a member of a highly supportive team at the Tribunal's Auckland office, you'll enjoy wide variety of tasks. In addition to your proactive approach to solving problems, you'll be computer literate and results focused.
This is an active role and you will have demonstrated the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You may also be required to travel as part of this role.

The salary range for this position is $48,853 - $68,968
