This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead leaders in the delivery of nationally consistent services across Courts and Tribunals. The Manager, Justice Services reports to the Regional Manager and works collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to deliver modern, accessible, people-centred justice services across the Otago & South Canterbury area.
To be successful in this role you will be an energetic, enthusiastic, people leader with demonstrated skill managing diverse teams. You will have a strong track record in building and maintaining effective and robust relationships with external and internal stakeholders. You will be an expert at driving a high-performance culture through authentic leadership, coaching for success and working successfully with and through others to achieve results.
This is a significant operational leadership and delivery role where standardisation, consistency and accountability are underpinned by the values of respect, integrity, service and excellence. Based at the historic Dunedin Courthouse this position will involve some travel.
Your experience working in a dynamic environment and your personal resilience and ability to be agile in responding to changing priorities and needs will be crucial in this role.
Salary range: $114,747 - $155,246
