Are you a highly organised person who enjoys helping others to achieve their objectives?
This is an opportunity for you to play a key part in supporting the important work of the Ministry of Justice. You will be part of a team based in Auckland responsible for a range of administrative support activities that support New Zealand's Coroners and assist to produce data driven improvements. In this role, you will have a strong customer service focus, be process focused and methodical yet responsive and flexible enough to ensure that services are delivered in a consistent and timely manner. You will be intelligent, conscientious and driven to produce excellent results.
You will also have strong administrative skills, be computer literate, and a team player who can efficiently multi-task to meet the day-to-day challenges of this busy and varied environment. The ability to plan, produce, analyse and communicate data to suggest business improvements will be desirable.
A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable, but is not essential.
Salary: $48,974 - $66,258
