We are looking for a positive, confident and professional person to step in to the role of Executive Support for the General Manager, People and Performance. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but most of all we're looking for someone who is organised, business savvy and customer focused. This is a permanent, full time role.
A key part of this role is diary and calendar management, ensuring the GM makes the most efficient use of her time. Your responsibilities will include booking travel, managing correspondence and dealing with matters of a highly confidential nature at senior levels throughout the Ministry. You will also support the wider team with general administration and have no trouble switching gears with a number of projects on the go.
Alongside the usual EA duties, you'll coordinate monthly reporting, work with advisors to analyse data and produce reports, and contribute to wider HR process improvements. To be successful in these areas you will have strong knowledge of the MS office suite and good time management skills. Our HR work programme is busy and varied, so you will need to be comfortable under pressure and able to think on your feet while also taking initiative.
