- Play an active and important part in embedding our move to a new Justice and Emergency Service Precinct We are looking for an enthusiastic and sound HR generalist who enjoys variety and working closely with managers to join our HR Operations Team.
The position is based in Christchurch and provides support and advice to managers across the South Island. You will be supported by the wider team based in Wellington.
Our Senior HR Business Partners provide high quality and practical advice to our different business groups across a breadth of HR activity. A good knowledge of legislation and a strong employment relations background is critical. You will be flexible, resourceful and resilient, with strong interpersonal and technical skills and happy to work on your own. There will be some travel involved.
