The Commercial and Property team in the Corporate Group is looking for a Property Project Manager to join their high performing team. This role is a great opportunity to make a difference and take on a varied, challenging, and rewarding role. The role will be based in Auckland City.
What you need to know about this role
This role is an integral part of the Property Project team, focusing on the management and delivery of construction projects across the Ministry's nationwide portfolio. Working within the context of the Ministry's Long Term Investment Plan and Four Year Plan this role delivers on the priorities in the Ministry's National Property Strategy, ensuring that we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You will be based in Auckland City and will report to the Manager, Property Projects. You will be responsible for leading and delivering a range of property construction projects, including major and minor capital works projects. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to scope, specify, plan, procure, implement, and manage allocated projects with a minimum of disruption to Ministry operations.
You will receive a high level of support from a team who has a proven track record in project delivery.
The salary band for this role is $83,641 - $113,162 per annum.
What you need to have to be successful for this role
You will have excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, be well versed in capital expenditure, project financial planning, project management, and have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
This position plays a key role in developing the Ministry's current and future footprint across the nationwide portfolio.
