We have an exciting fixed term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our busy HR Business Partners team on a part time (0.5) basis. This is a generalist role based in our Christchurch office which is backfilling someone on secondment. You will be responsible for providing HR operational advice to managers based in the South Island and supporting the move to the new Justice and Emergency Services Precinct.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering sound HR advice and a good knowledge of employment relations. You will be flexible, resourceful and resilient, with strong interpersonal, analytical and technical skills.

The annual salary for this position is $75,210 - $101,755. This will be pro rata for the hours worked.
