Team Manager, CBD, Wellington Contact Centre

The primary focus of this role is coaching to improve the engagement, behaviour, quality of work and performance of everybody in your team.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-16 Collections Registry Officers. It is a busy job and requires someone who can balance their team needs with the needs of the business and, most importantly those of our customers.
To be successful in this role you will naturally have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills have the personal confidence and resilience to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

• Monday to Saturday 7.00am- 9.00pm. (40 hours per week).
• Starting salary from $63,870
