Are you a dynamic, self confident individual with great organisational and decision making skills who enjoys helping others to achieve their objectives?
This is an opportunity for you to play a key part in supporting the important work of the Ministry of Justice. You will be part of a team based in Auckland, responsible for a range of administrative support activities.
In this role, you will have a strong customer service focus, be process focused and methodical yet responsive and flexible enough to ensure that services are delivered in a consistent and timely manner.
You’ll need excellent communication skills, be able to make decisions and be able to work independently as well as a member of a small closely knit team. You will also have strong administrative skills, be computer literate, and a team player who can efficiently multi-task to meet the day-to-day challenges of this busy and varied environment.
Exceptional customer service is essential for this role, as you will be dealing with Ministry staff, members of the judiciary and the public of New Zealand. You’ll be flexible in your approach and have a “can do” attitude to problem solving. A full clean driving licence is preferred.
This is a fixed term role until 31 January 2018 with a starting salary of $39,312.
